Great comfort in this chalet with a magnificent view on the lake. It is equipped with 3 bedrooms and has reinforced insulation and radiators in all rooms.
- Living room-kitchen equipped with a table and chairs, a fixed sofa, refrigerator and small freezer, extractor hood, 4-burner stove, microwave and stainless steel sink.
- Convector heater in living room, bedrooms and bathroom.
- 3 bedrooms: one with a 140×190 bed (60×60 pillows) and the other two with two 80×190 beds (60×60 pillows), one of which has bunk beds.
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate toilet.
- Outside, on a covered terrace, garden furniture.
- Dishes and pans provided for 6 people. Electric coffee maker and toaster. Duvet and blankets provided (sheets not included, disposable sheet kit sold: 10,00 € ).
Electricity, water and sewage connection.
Pets are accepted (in the authorized rentals) on request at the time of booking and after agreement of the management.

- Application fee: €15
- 2025 tourist tax: €0.60 per day per person aged 18 and over
- Environmental contribution (1) not included: €0.30 per day per person
- Optional cancellation insurance: 4% of the cost of the stay.
- 1 Animal allowed: 5.00€/day (kept on a lead, clean and vaccinated, 1st and 2nd category animals are not accepted). Pets must not be left alone in the accommodation in the absence of the tenants.
- Arrival from 4pm and departure before 10am
- Cleaning: to be paid by the guest. A fixed charge of 70€ will be deducted if the housework is not done; the deposit will be cancelled after your departure.

- sheet kit for 90×190 bed = €9.50 - Television included except Vacanciale
- Electric filter coffee maker and toaster in all accommodation
- Electric barbecue prohibited
- 2 deposit cheques, €250.00 and €70.00 or bank transfer of €250.00.
The campsite is not equipped for recharging electric cars.
