Camping services in Auvergne

From Thursday, May 6, 2027 to Sunday, September 5, 2027, for the Camping section; and from Saturday, April 24 to Saturday, September 18, 2027, for the Chalets and Mobil-home section. The team at Camping de Serrette will be there to welcome you and answer your requests every day:

Low season from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm
July - August from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00

And all year round by telephone or e-mail from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm from Monday to Friday when the campsite is closed to the public.

At reception you will find :

Tourist information with a wide range of activity brochures,
Visits to the surrounding area (discounts on certain visits available at reception)
Sales of postcards, guidebooks and walking maps.

We'll give you all the information you need about the sites you can't miss, the routes for pushchairs, mountain bikes and hiking, as well as leisure and cultural activities, fishing, local events and Auvergne gastronomy...

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the main sanitary block, and tokens are available from reception.
You can bring your own washing powder (or small sachets for sale at reception).
An ironing board is available on the premises. Please ask at reception for an iron.

Sanitary

2 toilet blocks, one of which has a shower, washbasin and 1 toilet for disabled people.
The main sanitary block is equipped with a children's toilet and a changing table (baby bathtubs can be borrowed from reception).

A drain for chemical toilets.

You'll find 1st necessity products (no fresh produce or fruit or vegetables).

Bread and pastries :

At the reception, the bread deposit is open every morning from July 1st to August 28th, 2027, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

The bread service is available, as well as croissants and pains au chocolat, ordered the day before.

The IV bar license welcomes you every day from July 1st to August 28, 2027

In the dining room or on the panoramic terrace, you'll always have a lovely view of the valley and lake. Breakfast formula from 8:30am to be booked the day before.
