Camping services in Auvergne

From Monday 11 May 2026 to Sunday 6 September 2026, for the Campsite section and from Saturday 25 April to Saturday 19 September 2026 for the Chalets and Mobile Homes section. The team at Camping de Serrette will be there to welcome you and answer your questions every day:

Low season from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm
July - August 8.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 7pm

And all year round by telephone or e-mail from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm from Monday to Friday when the campsite is closed to the public.

At reception you will find :

Tourist information with a wide range of activity brochures,
Visits to the surrounding area (discounts on certain visits available at reception)
Sales of postcards, guidebooks and walking maps.

We'll give you all the information you need about the sites you can't miss, the routes for pushchairs, mountain bikes and hiking, as well as leisure and cultural activities, fishing, local events and Auvergne gastronomy...

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the main sanitary block, and tokens are available from reception.
You can bring your own washing powder (or small sachets for sale at reception).
An ironing board is available on the premises. Please ask at reception for an iron.

Sanitary

2 toilet blocks, one of which has a shower, washbasin and 1 toilet for disabled people.
The main sanitary block is equipped with a children's toilet and a changing table (baby bathtubs can be borrowed from reception).

A drain for chemical toilets.

The shop is open every day from 25/04/2026 to 19/09/2026.

You'll find 1st necessity products (no fresh produce or fruit or vegetables).

Bread and pastries :

At reception, the bread depot is open every morning from 1 July to 29 August 2026, from 8.30am to 10am.

The bread service is available, as well as croissants and pains au chocolat, ordered the day before.

The bar is open every day from 1 July to 29 August 2026.

In the dining room or on the panoramic terrace, you'll always have a lovely view of the valley and lake. Breakfast formula from 8:30am to be booked the day before.
