How do I book?

The booking is final on receipt of the first payment. The deposit is 30% of the rental amount + booking fees + supplement(s). If you book by post and we are fully booked, we will make you a counter-offer by return of post or by telephone.
When can I pay for my holiday?
The balance of your stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival for rental accommodation and on arrival for pitches. If you book a rental less than 30 days before your arrival, you must pay the full amount when you book accommodation.
Is it possible to change my stay?
Bookings can only be changed on receipt of written notification from the customer (by fax, e-mail or post) and subject to the availability and agreement of the management.
What payment methods are available?
Credit card or bank cheque on the www.campingdeserrette.com website.
Bank cheques payable to SARL Oslo + Camping de Serrette
ANCV on balance only. Please note Payment by holiday vouchers is accepted, but without detaching the stubs. The name of the holder and contact details must be indicated on each cheque.

Can I benefit from VACAF?
VACAF are accepted at the Serrette campsite. If you are entitled to VACAF, please call reception and we will tell you what to do.
Is it possible to take out insurance?
We advise you to take out our cancellation and interruption insurance, valid from the time you book until the end of your stay. The cost is 3.7 % of the total cost of your stay.
Can I reserve a particular location?
We take note of your wishes and try to accommodate them. However, we cannot guarantee you a specific pitch in advance.
How many people are allowed on a pitch and/or mobile home?
Sleeps 6, pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes.
1 to 8 people (depending on the type of accommodation) in rental accommodation.
However, in both cases, the number of people may not be exceeded. A baby counts as one person. You must provide us with the surname, first name and date of birth of each participant.
Are pets allowed?
We we accept one pet per pitch with a supplement (see price list). Please note that 1st and 2nd category dogs are strictly forbidden in our establishment by ministerial decree. Don't forget to present your dog's vaccination certificate on arrival (vaccinations and tattoos compulsory).
What are the conditions of access to the pool?
Access to the pool is reserved exclusively for campsite guests, in accordance with the campsite rules. Shorts, bathing dresses, etc. are strictly forbidden.
Are barbecues allowed?
Electric barbecues are not permitted on our campsite. Charcoal barbecues are available for hire and must be booked in advance.
Is there wifi access?
The Serrette campsite is equipped with a wifi connection (partial coverage around reception).
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrivals are from 2pm for pitches and 4pm for rentals. Departures are before 10am for rentals and before 11am for pitches.
