- From Paris
Take the A6 then continue towards Clermont-Ferrand (A71), stay on the motorway (A75), direction Montpellier-Issoire.
- From Lyon
Head for St Etienne, then Clermont-Ferrand, then Montpellier (A75) -On the A75, take exit 6: Champeix towards Mont Dore.
- From Bordeaux-Tulle-Brive
On the A89 take the La Bourboule exit, exit 25 - le Mont Dore
