- Convector heater in living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.
- 2 bedrooms: one with 1 140×190 bed (60×60 pillows) and the other with 2 80×190 beds (60×60 pillows).
- Bathroom with one-piece shower and washbasin. Separate WC.
- Outside, on a covered terrace, garden furniture.
- Crockery and cutlery provided. Electric coffee maker and toaster.
- Duvet and blankets provided (sheets not included, disposable sheet kit on sale: €12.00).
- VAT included.
Electricity, water and sewerage connected.

- Optional cancellation insurance: 4% of the cost of the stay.
- 2 Pets allowed 5.00/day/pet (kept on a lead, clean and vaccinated, 1st and 2nd category pets are not accepted). Animals must not be left alone in the rental property in the absence of the tenants.
- Arrival from 4pm and departure before 10am
- Cleaning: to be paid by the guest. A fixed charge of 70€ will be deducted if cleaning is not carried out; the deposit will be cancelled after your departure and after the campsite staff have checked in.

- Electric filter coffee maker and toaster in all accommodation

- 2 deposit cheques, €250.00 and €70.00 or bank imprint of €250.00 returned within 48 hours after cleaning and checking.
- Late arrivals maximum 8pm, to be specified when booking.
The campsite is not equipped for recharging electric cars.
